Information: Due to ongoing works on the south-east rampart, the “Jardin d'Orient” (garden-cemetery in homage to members of Abd-el-Kader's retinue) is currently closed to the public.

For these three exceptional evenings, you are invited to (re)discover the rooms of the royal residence redesigned by the light of hundreds of candles.
During this free stroll, you will also be able to enjoy a musical ambiance in certain rooms of the royal residence.

Opening hours : Entry to the castle is by specific time slots (6.30 pm – 7.00 pm – 7.30 pm – 8.00 pm)
You will only be able to enter the castle during the time slot selected at the time of booking.
Prices : €15.50/adult; €13.50/student; €11.50/child and €7.50/season ticket holder (price applies to the cardholder only).
Please note : Difficult access for wheelchair users. Park not accessible. Pets are not allowed during these events.

To mark the start of the Christmas season, the Royal Château of Amboise invites you to a candlelit evening stroll to celebrate Saint Lucy’s Day. The château’s interior will be illuminated by hundreds of candles, creating a joyful and peaceful atmosphere as you explore or rediscover the château. The Cavalbancale association will also be there to treat you to an enchanting and poetic horse-riding tour through the château’s grounds.
